What you should bring with you

bed linen

You'll need a bed sheet and a cover for your duvet and pillows. The mattress dimensions are listed in your room.

Towels

Depending on the season, you will need a shower towel, a bath towel for the lake, and a sauna towel.

slippers

Depending on the season, you smoke in slippers. There's underfloor heating in the seminar room, but not on the paths leading up to it.

Shower stuff

We filter the wastewater through a reed bed, then into the hedge. You help with biodegradable shower products.

If you have forgotten something, you can borrow bed linen/towels or buy a toothbrush for cash.

The seminar house will only open on the day of the seminar.
Yes, you can book an extra two nights upon request. The neighbor rents out her caravan with heating and bathroom, if it's available, if you need it for two nights. Otherwise, the heating and cleaning costs aren't worth it. Requests and payments are handled through the seminar center. The price is the same as for the Rose room (room with bathroom).

We're a small business, and the two of us can't manage to wash and dry 15-25 sets of laundry every week. From an environmental perspective, we also think it's a good idea to sleep in one set of sheets for more than 2-4 nights. This way, we save water and electricity.
For emergencies and people traveling long distances, we have bed linen and towels available for rent.

The house is booked for a specific group size. You will pay the full number of nights for your seminar/retreat, even if you arrive later or leave earlier for personal reasons.
Remember that your life circumstances and decisions are your responsibility. The seminar house has nothing to do with them.
Please refrain from calling or texting the manager and "begging" and justifying your situation. We all have situations in which we find it difficult to be clear and mature. Subjugating yourself is soul-destroying. Treating yourself with dignity also means keeping bystanders out of your dilemma.

Then you'll have to come and pick it up or let it go. Unfortunately, we don't ship anything. Our seminar house has a housekeeper and a manager who don't live here.
Please keep in mind that if you are sloppy with your belongings, it is up to you to put in the energy to get them back.

Feel free to email us and ask if your belongings have been found. If so, we can, at your request, place them in our mailbox at the gate, where you can pick them up at any time.

Accompanying persons: Pay the standard overnight rate depending on the room.
Children: Although children mean more cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the seminar house, we offer a reduced rate for children instead of a higher rate. We know what it's like with children. We have seven children in our family. They are pure life and don't deserve any money. We honor them and charge only €25 per night per child from their 3rd to 11th birthdays. Children up to their 3rd birthday stay free. From their 3rd to 11th birthday, you pay the full price per night for your child.
Food: The cost of food should be discussed with the group's cook. Please speak to your seminar leader.
