Yes, a kitchen is available. The following options are available:

1. You bring a cook and have them cater for you. There is a €60 kitchen fee, payable by the cook or group leader.

2. I'll give you contacts to chefs who cook here frequently. The chef pays €60 for kitchen use.

3. You will cook your own meals as a group. There is a kitchen usage fee of €10 per person for this stay.

Unfortunately no.

1. You can stay in the beautiful country house provided you are attending a seminar or workshop at Landhaus Gottsdorf.

2. To do this, you must have registered with the seminar organizers.

As soon as the group size reaches 14 people, including the management team and assistants, you can visit the country house with your seminar.

The seminar house is very popular.

1. We call a non-binding reservation "setting an option" and it's valid until another request for that date comes in. This usually only takes a few weeks.

2. If your group has fewer than 14 people at the start of the seminar, you will have to make up for the missing places and pay the missing places at the price of a double room for the number of nights booked.

3. If you are inexperienced and have concerns about the minimum group size, it is better to look for a smaller house.

Separate services, such as saunas or firewood, are easily added in the online shop. Payment is conveniently made there.

You have two options for booking the house:

1. People register for the seminar with you, you give me a list of their preferred occupancy, and I create the online shop for your guests, listing their first names and the appropriate room. As soon as the shop is ready, I'll let you know. You check for accuracy and then give your group the go-ahead to book a room. Ideally, this all happens 14 days before the seminar begins. If any late registrations arrive, I'll add more to the online shop for you.

2. You book all the sleeping spaces you need and thus pay in advance. With this option, you are free to decide how and when you bill your participants.
